Attorney Philip E. Beard
Phil Beard has been one of the premiere bankruptcy lawyers in Pennsylvania for more than 40 years and has consistently been voted as one of the best bankruptcy and creditor-debtor rights lawyers in the country. He is one of only ten attorneys and judges in Pittsburgh who have been selected as a Fellow in the prestigious American College of Bankruptcy.
