Attorney Lane D. Dively
Lane Dively has over 25 years of commercial litigation experience, primarily involving oil & gas, unfair competition, trade secrets, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), insurance, healthcare, copyright, trademark, securities, construction, toxic tort and products liability. Lane also has broad experience in mass tort and products liability litigation. He has litigated extensively in courts in Pennsylvania, Ohio, California, New York and Delaware.
While his litigation experience includes oil & gas disputes, Lane has significant business experience in the oil & gas industry including preparing and analyzing lease and royalty agreements, exploration agreements, joint operating agreements, wellhead service agreements, gas processing contracts, purchase & sales agreements, maintenance and service agreements, landowner leases, and other related contracts.
Through extensive experience with electronic discovery acquired in complex litigation, Lane regularly advises clients regarding document retention, electronic document policies and protocols, litigation hold policies and procedures, and the production and review of electronically stored information.
